Testing my innovation abroad

After creating the Out of the Box Parenting model for parents I spotted in my entire interaction with parents that marriage was a big problem and saw first-hand how culture and religion can sabotage two love birds and create a barrier.

I wanted to build a model for couples that can assist them master their bliss. Typical of me I went into intense research and found over 25 couples who had successfully navigated 30years and above in marriage and were still happy as friends and chose to find out what made their marriages work.

Surprisingly they all attributed it to prayers and God, but I knew there was more than they were saying because while everything exists in God there is a way results are produced so I asked for permission to study them and make my notes. This took me years of intense study from which I built a model called the Family Systems Engineering Programming which became the most effective family coaching templates for family life professionals in West Africa. As at the last count we have a presence in 10 countries with over 800 family life professionals trained on how to use the template.

The interesting side of this groundbreaking work was that it reduced the error rates of my colleagues and moved everyone from native intelligence to professionalism because we built a psychometry based on the peculiarity of 3^rd world countries and that helped improve diagnostics accuracy to 94%. It eliminated the need to listen to the 2 people to find out the problem and in place was a data driven process that promotes accuracy.

I remember showing one of my mentors abroad while seeking affiliation with some top institutions abroad because I believed with affiliation people back home would accept it faster and my mentor said ‘Praise, what you have developed is a global solution that if you are patient enough would scale across the globe. If you choose to go for affiliation, you’d be subjecting a superior authentic solution to a process that has not effectively delivered the desired result for couples’

It was a crazy counsel, but I took it and returned to Africa to launch the certification program and graciously 16 people believed enough to pay for it and that was how I started our 7 day certification program. I chose 7days because I had been through Neuro Linguistics Programming, and I saw how effective it was in helping people transform their sabotaging patterns.

 I took this solution to the family life coaching association conference in Raleigh North Carolina(I remember flying to America and back in 4 days because my visa was due to expire) and it was a super presentation with everyone blown away by the model I had built but I returned home and making various state governments see how the model could assist combat domestic violence and terrorism was almost an impossible task.

At this juncture I started thinking of proving my mettle abroad only to hear about a visa called 01 visa.
