From Transfiguration to Transformation

I have learnt over time is never to get excited with transfiguration when the work of transformation has not been fully delivered.

 

You are already used to a lot of transfiguration which is a momentary change in shape that gets you excited and make you scream about something that resonates with you and gives you a false hope of change only to discover after 72 hours that you are back to your old patterns.

 

There is no change that can happen until the old gives way to the new but the old is never going to give way so easily because the old is what you have been used to. The strategy of the old is to make you feel a sense of loss for wanting to dump what has not really served you. It will paint a picture in your mind of how things are not so bad and how you are likely going to lose out but it is often a strategy to keep you bound.

 

Conditioning is real but it is often subliminal that it takes a lot to figure it out. For example, why do you still reward yourself with your meat after your meal as an adult now that you are the one providing the meat for yourself?

 

The answer is conditioning.

 

Today I want you to carefully identify 5 activities you do daily and scramble them by choosing something totally different and see how you feel at the end of the day. Eat your meat first, acknowledge something good in about 5 people or send encouragement notes to someone you detest. You can even change the placement of your bed.

 

It is a way of announcing to yourself that you can do things differently and take your life back.

 

Being a Saviour starts with baby steps that can become a new pattern that you have chosen and not the ones you were conditioned to live out.
